By downloading or using Cubby (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Cubby is a personal baby-tracking and logging tool. It is provided to help you record and organize your baby's day and is offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Cubby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice; always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
The entries you add are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (you can export a CSV at any time). Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the App removes your log unless you have exported it.
Cubby Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. An optional tip is also available. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms, and can be restored on the same Apple ID.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it to violate any law. The App is for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubby and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
